1. Return Policy

🔁 14-Day Return Policy (No Reason Required)

Customers have the right to return any product within 14 days from the delivery date without providing any reason, provided that:

• The product is in its original condition
• The product is unopened and factory-sealed
• The original purchase invoice is provided

❗ Returns will not be accepted if the product has been opened or used.

2. Exchange & Return Policy for Manufacturing Defects

🛠 30-Day Warranty Against Manufacturing Defects

Elavocato Mobile offers a 30-day exchange or return warranty in case of manufacturing defects, subject to the following conditions:

• The original purchase invoice must be provided
• A technical report from the authorized service center or official distributor is required
• The defect must be confirmed as a manufacturing defect, not misuse or physical damage

🌍 International Warranty Products

For products covered by an international warranty:

• The original purchase invoice is required
• The product must be submitted for inspection for up to 72 hours
• After confirmation of a manufacturing defect, the product will be exchanged or refunded accordingly

3. Refund Method

• Refunds are processed using the same payment method used during purchase
• Changing the refund method is not permitted

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

🚚 Shipping Coverage

• We provide shipping to all governorates across Egypt

⏱ Delivery Time

• Delivery starts from 24 hours
• Delivery may take up to 10 business days, depending on the destination
  (such as Red Sea governorate and remote areas)

📞 Order Confirmation

After placing an order:

• The Elavocato Mobile team will contact the customer within 24 hours
• To confirm the order and coordinate the delivery time

5. Returns & Exchanges for Online Orders

The same return and exchange conditions apply to online orders:

✔ 14-Day Return Policy

• Product must be unopened and in original condition
• Original invoice must be provided

✔ 30-Day Warranty for Manufacturing Defects

• A shipping company will be sent to inspect the product first
• If a manufacturing defect is confirmed:
  • A replacement product will be sent, or
  • A full refund will be processed via the original payment method

❌ If No Defect Is Found

• The product will be returned to the customer
• The customer will be responsible for shipping costs

Important Notes

• Returns or exchanges without an invoice will not be accepted
• Physical damage or misuse is not considered a manufacturing defect
• Elavocato Mobile reserves the right to refuse any request that does not comply with this policy
