  • Payment is made upon receipt.
  • Online payment with Visa, credit cards, and other credit options.
  • Working and delivery hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., six days a week.
  • Deliveries are made within 1:5 business days.

 

Outside Greater Cairo:

  • Purchases of 1000 EGP or more qualify for free shipping. Shipping is 49.99 EGP for orders under 1000 EGP.
  • Payment is made upon receipt.
  • Online payment with Visa, credit cards, and other credit options.
  • Working and delivery hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., six days a week.
  • Delivery within 5-7 business days.

Return Policy

If the consumer desires to return or exchange the product, he may do so within 30 days of purchase by following the steps below:

  1. Only the original payment method will be refunded.
  2. Please include the original purchase invoice.
  3. The product must be in its original condition with the manufacturer's closure.
  4. The buyer is entitled to a refund of the amount paid, as recorded and stipulated in the sales invoice.
